California Office and Retail Space

Project Overview

We are currently in the market for office and retail space located in California’s Central Valley. These investments are targets for some of our “buy-and-hold” investment partners. We are actively looking for projects that meet the following criteria:

  • Returns at or above 7% cash-on-cash
  • High quality tenants with strong rental history
  • Low vacancies
  • Strong management in place
  • Price point between $3-10MM

Unlike many of the other investments we target, we are looking for a “hands off” property here. We have a few key investors that are looking to purchase properties in the area. We plan on closing this project by the end of next quarter.
